Peter Merz is used to getting what he wants: this time, too, business success is as good as certain: the Japanese investors with whose help he wants to build a factory in Dresden will eat out of his hand. When Peter's wife unsuspectingly involves the heir to the Takahashi group first in a traffic collision and then in a flirtation, a series of turbulent confusions and mix-ups takes its course.
