About

A yakuza is a yakuza, both front and back! Fangs bared, one mad dog

Assistant young head of Kimoto Kogyo, Naraoka (Kazuya Kimura), was caught just before he was about to kill the balls of Gunji (Riki Takeuchi), the head of the Kujukai Kujukai family, a rival organization. Unnecessary even by his own gang, Naraoka begins to work as a shinogi with his only brother Tsutomu (Kazuki Namioka) and fellow inmate Kameda (Akio Shiro). However, this is the territory of the Kujukus, and they are surrounded by enemies as they run amok without a care...
