Sunset Somewhere

After leaving her job, throwing a going away party, and packing up her belongings to spend the summer finishing her book in northern Michigan, Casey learns that her publisher has gone out of business and the book deal is off. Unable to face everyone and with nowhere else to turn, she decides to just go anyway. While at a rest stop along the way, she meets Allison, who's boyfriend just abandoned her after an argument. Since they're both headed in the same direction, Casey offers her a ride and an unlikely friendship begins to form. When they arrive at Allison's destination, she invites Casey inside to meet her friends. Since Casey has no other plans she agrees and is propelled on a journey of self discovery and reckoning.
