Story
A whispered voice recounts the memories of a woman who left her homeland at the age of thirteen. In a sensory journey through the mountains of Taiwan, these hand-developed Super 8 images capture the mist-shrouded mountains that blend into the invisible landscape. A legacy woven from absence and silence stretches across generations in that fragile space between what was and what might have been. The film is structured like a stream of consciousness, blending images, sounds and sensations as the landscapes become part of a fragmented memory.
