Town School

Shanali, a brilliant village girl whose ambitious mother sends her to a prestigious urban school after she aces her Grade 5 scholarship exam. There, her academic excellence triggers a fierce rivalry with Kaveesha, a wealthy, pampered classmate who looks strikingly similar to her. The tension takes a terrifying turn on the final day before the December holidays when school staff accidentally lock the premises from the outside, trapping an innocent Shanali alone inside a dark restroom for the entire vacation and triggering a frantic, agonizing search by her desperate parents.
